CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 203/96 Town of Grand Bank Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Grand Bank Order . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Grand Bank are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 656/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at Gunville Point on the southeasterly shoreline of Fortune Bay ; Then running south 48° west a distance of 2,750 metres, more or less, to the highest point on Baggers Hill; Then running south 79° west a distance of 5,150 metres, more or less, to the highest point on Round Hill; Then running north 3° 54' east a distance of 1,650 metres, more or less, to the highest point on Boundary Hill; Then running north 35° 36' west a distance of 700 metres, more or less, to Yellow Rocks on the shoreline of Fortune Bay; Then along the shoreline in a general northeasterly and easterly direction to the point of commencement.
