CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 223/96 Town of Harbour Breton Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Harbour Breton are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 878/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at the mouth of Mile Pound Brook and then following the shoreline of Deadman's Cove, Bill's Cove, Red Head, Woody Point , Western Head in a general easterly direction; Then continuing along the shoreline of Western Head, the Friar and Rocky Point in a general northerly direction; Then continuing along the shoreline to Coady's Point in a general westerly direction; Then following the shoreline of Harbour Breton to the mouth of South West Corner Brook; Then continuing along the shoreline to Sandy Point and to the mouth of Spencer's Brook; Then following the shoreline of the Barasway to North East Bottom Brook and then to Tickle Point; Then following the northern shoreline of Harbour Breton to Keeping's Point and Hunt's Point; Then following the shoreline to Devil's Dancing Hole at Poole 's Cove; Then running north 89° west 2,900 metres, more or less; Then running south 33° west 3,500 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
