CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 238/96 Town of Isle aux Morts Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Isle aux Morts are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 291/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point at highwater mark on the north shoreline of the central passage of Isle aux Morts Harbour, that point having reference from the beacon light on Pitman's Island as follows: north 66° 30' west a distance of 1,025 metres, more or less; Then running north a distance of 2,600 metres, more or less, to a point in the northern limit of the highroad leading to Port aux Basques; Then running east a distance of 4,875 metres, more or less, to a point at highwater mark on the western shoreline of Otter Bay; Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the western shoreline of Otter Bay at highwater mark to the community of Isle aux Morts; Then along the sinuosities of the shoreline of the Main Harbour of Isle aux Morts at highwater mark to the point of beginning.
