CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 277/96 Town of Lumsden Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Lumsden Order . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Lumsden are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulations 715/78 and 44/88 are repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at the coastal mouth of an intermittent stream situated west southwestwardly 1,650 metres from North Bill; Then running south 37° west 1,300 metres and south 75° west 400 metres to the northern end of a pond; Then following the western shoreline of that pond and the western shoreline of a feeder pond to the centre line of Highway 330; Then running perpendicularly to, and then northwestwardly along, a line parallel to and 300 metres from the centre line of Highway 330 to the northern bank of Windmill Brook; Then following the northern bank of that brook to, and then along, the northern shoreline of Windmill Pond to a point 1,000 metres west of Highway 330; Then running north 56° west 4,500 metres to the southeastern end of a pond and following the eastern shoreline of that pond and a pond downstream to, and then along, an intermittent stream to Highway 330; Then north 15° east 1,300 metres to the shoreline of Deadman's Bay; Then following the shoreline via Lumsden Head, Windmill Head and Windmill Bight to the place of beginning.
