CNR 281/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point on the centre line of Route 440 a distance of 275 metres, more or less, to the west of a stream which flows into Gum Cove; Then north 21° 00' east a distance of 600 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill, spot elevation 182.5 metres; Then north 55° 30' west a distance of 2,650 metres, more or less, to the summit, elevation 183 metres, of an unnamed hill; Then south 52° 30' west a distance of 1,375 metres, more or less, to the highwater mark on the shoreline of the Humber Arm; Then in a generally southeasterly direction following the sinuosities of the shoreline of the point of commencement.
