ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Morrisville Order . CNR 287/96 s1 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Morrisville are as set out in the Schedule. CNR 287/96 s2 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulations 745/78 and 111/95 are repealed. CNR 287/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point on the highwater mark of the eastern shoreline of Bay d'Espoir, that point having co-ordinates north 5 305 995 metres and east 319 805 metres; Then south 69° 00' east 2,087 metres, more or less, to a high point ; Then north 68° 00' east 1,775 metres, more or less, to a high point ; Then north 57° 30' east 1,100 metres, more or less, to a point; Then south 45° 00' east 1,700 metres, more or less, to the easternmost extremity of Gaze Point; Then in a general westerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline passing Pagenal Head, Lynch Cove, Brant Cove, Clarke Cove, Foley Cove, to the point of beginning. All bearings herein refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:2500 Forestry Resource and Lands Mapping, 1983 edition, and the 1:50,000 National Topography Mapping, edition 3. 745/78; 111/95 ©Earl G.
