CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 304/96 Town of Mount Carmel - Mitchells Brook - St. Catherine's Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96?170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Mount Carmel - Mitchells Brook - St. Catherine's are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 731/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at Harricott Point at the northern entrance to Salmonier Arm and then running north 47° east 11,425 metres, more or less, to the point where Rattling Brook crosses the main highroad at Colinet; Then running north 45° east 7,775 metres, more or less, to a point; Then running south 24° east 7,000 metres, more or less; Then running south 49° west 7,000 metres, more or less, to a point at the outlet of Mosquito Pond; Then running along the west bank of Mosquito Brook in a generally northwesterly direction to a point where the west bank intersects the southern shoreline of the Salmonier Arm; Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the southern shoreline of Salmonier Arm to a point in the east abutment of the concrete bridge spanning the Salmonier River ; Then running in a generally northwesterly direction and crossing the river to a point in the west abutment of the concrete bridge spanning the Salmonier River ; Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the northern shoreline of the Salmonier Arm to the point of beginning.
