CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 312/96 Local Service District of New Chelsea - New Melbourne - Brownsdale - Sibley's Cove - Lead Cove under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96?170) Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. District continued 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal District continued 1. The area comprising the communities of New Chelsea, New Melbourne, Brownsdale, Sibley's Cove and Lead Cove is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of New Chelsea - New Melbourne - Brownsdale - Sibley's Cove - Lead Cove . The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities commonly known as New Chelsea, New Melbourne, Brownsdale, Sibley's Cove and Lead Cove. 113/85; 189/85 Back to Top Repeal 3.
