CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 322/96 Town of New Perlican Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of New Perlican Order . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of New Perlican are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 746/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point in the eastern shoreline of Trinity Bay at Jeans Head at the north entrance to the harbour of New Perlican and then running south 88° 30' east 6,600 metres, more or less, to the most northern point of Tim Miller's Pond; Then running along the eastern shoreline of Tim Miller's Pond to its most southern point; Then running along the eastern bank of the river to the eastern shoreline of Murphy's First Pond; Then running along the eastern shoreline to the most southern point in the southwest angle of Murphy's First Pond; Then running north 87° west 6,800 metres, more or less, to Bacon Cove Head on the eastern shoreline of Trinity Bay; Then running in a generally northerly direction along the eastern shoreline to Garlep Point; Then running along the shoreline of the harbour of New Perlican to the point of beginning.
