CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 358/96 Local Service District of Piccadilly Head under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. District continued 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule District continued 1. The area comprising the community of Piccadilly Head is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Piccadilly Head . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries for the local service district are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 150/85 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Includes all householders residing upon the Port au Port Peninsula along Route 463 between Rioux' Brook, southerly boundary as described in the order establishing the Local Service District of West Bay, and the top of Piccadilly Head Park hill at Piccadilly Head and all roads or streets in between. 150/85 ©Earl G.
