CNLR 359/96 - Local Service District of Piccadilly Slant - Abrahams Cove under the Municipalities Act

CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 359/96 Local Service District of Piccadilly Slant - Abrahams Cove under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. District continued 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule District continued 1. The area comprising the communities of Piccadilly Slant and Abrahams Cove is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Piccadilly Slant - Abrahams Cove . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries for the local service district are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 151/85 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Includes all householders residing upon the Port au Port Peninsula along Route 463 between the southern boundary as described in the order establishing the Local Service District of Piccadilly Head and the top of Piccadilly Head Park hill and the intersection of Route 463 and 460, and southeasterly on Route 463, 2.4 kilometres through Abrahams Cove, and westerly from the intersection of Routes 460 and 463 along Route 460, 1 kilometre and all roads and streets in between these points. 151/85 ©Earl G.
