CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 385/96 Town of Reidville Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Amended by: 1996 c25 (Changes communities to towns) CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 385/96 Town of Reidville Order under the Municipalities Act Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Reidville Order . CNR 385/96 s1 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Reidville are as set out in the Schedule. CNR 385/96 s2 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 795/78 is repealed. CNR 385/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point on the western bank of the Upper Humber River, said point being on the northern right-of-way of Highway 430 (Great Northern Peninsula Highway), and then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the western bank of that river to a point known locally as Pattys Reef; Then north 89° 14' 42" west a distance of 6,321 metres, more or less, to a point; Then south 42° 14' 32" west a distance of 12,831 metres, more or less, to a point in the northern limit of the road right-of-way of the Great Northern Peninsula Highway; Then running in a generally southeasterly direction along the northern limit of the road right-of-way of the highway to the point of beginning. All bearings being referred to the Grid North and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
