CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 400/96 Town of Rose Blanche - Harbour Le Cou Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Rose Blanche - Harbour Le Cou Order . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Rose Blanche - Harbour Le Cou are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 791/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point in the eastern bank of Rose Blanche Brook at the lower rapids and then running north a distance of 2,125 metres, more or less; Then running east a distance of 1,525 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline; Then running in a generally southerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline via Harbour Le Cou, Net Point, Net Cove Point and Salmon Cove to Rose Blanche Point ; Then running in a generally northerly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of Rose Blanche Bay to the most northern point of West Arm at the mouth of Rose Blanche Brook; Then running in a generally northwesterly direction along the eastern bank of the brook to the point of beginning.
