ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of St. Joseph's Order . CNR 403/96 s1 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of St. Joseph 's are as set out in the Schedule. CNR 403/96 s2 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 827/78 is repealed. CNR 403/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point in the centre line of the main highroad at Six Mile River ; Then running north 70° west a distance of 7,625 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the highroad joining St. Joseph's and O'Donnells; Then running west a distance of 2,450 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern shoreline of St. Mary's Bay; Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline via Salmonier Point and St. Joseph 's to a point at the mouth of Gulch Brook; Then running south a distance of 1,525 metres, more or less, to a point located a distance of 300 metres, more or less, due east of the centre line of the main St. Mary's Bay highroad; Then in a generally southeasterly direction running parallel to and at a distance of 300 metres, more or less, east of the centre line of the highroad to a point on the southern bank of the Back River; Then running in a generally southerly direction parallel to and at a distance of 300 metres, more or less, east of the centre line of the St. Mary's Bay highroad to a point at the centre of Six Mile River; Then running along the centre line of the river west a distance of 300 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
