The boundaries of the Town of St. Lewis are as set out in the Schedule. CNR 404/96 s2 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 103/81 is repealed. CNR 404/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being the westernmost tip of Fox Harbour Pond; Then north 75° west a distance of 350 metres, more or less, to the eastern end of an unnamed pond; Then in a generally northwesterly direction along the southern shore of the pond to the westernmost tip of the pond to a point, that point being the centre of an unnamed stream where the unnamed stream flows out of the pond; Then following the centre thread of the stream in a generally northwesterly direction a distance of 500 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the centre of the brook where the stream flows into an unnamed pond; Then along the southern shore of the pond a distance of 750 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the centre of an unnamed stream where the stream flows out of the pond; Then along the centre thread of the stream in a generally westerly direction 150 metres, more or less, to a point being the centre of the stream where the stream flows into an unnamed pond; Then following the shoreline of the pond in a generally southwesterly direction to a point, that point being on the eastern bank of the pond where the pond flows into Port Marnham; Then following the highwater mark of the coastal sinuosities of St. Lewis Sound via Port Marnham, Soldier Island, Fox Harbour and Fisherman Point to a point, that point being on the highwater mark of St. Lewis Sound a distance of 1,100 metres, more or less, southeast of Fisherman Point; Then north 31° east a distance of 2,150 metres, more or less, to a horizontal control monument at the summit of an unnamed hill; Then north 25° west a distance of 700 metres, more or less, to a point on the southern shore of Fox Harbour Pond; Then in a generally northwesterly direction along the southern shore of Fox Harbour Pond to the point of commencement.
