CNLR 424/96 - Local Service District of Ship Cove - Lower Cove - Jerry's Nose under the Municipalities Act

CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 424/96 Local Service District of Ship Cove - Lower Cove - Jerry's Nose under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. District continued 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule District continued 1. The area comprising the communities of Ship Cove, Lower Cove and Jerry's Nose is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Ship Cove - Lower Cove - Jerry's Nose . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries for the local service district are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulations 258/84, 163/85 and 121/86 are repealed. Back to Top Schedule Includes all householders residing upon the Port au Port Peninsula along Route 460 beginning at a point 1 kilometre west of the intersection of Routes 460 and 463 and proceeding west to the eastern community council boundary of Cape St. George at Sheaves Cove and all adjoining roads and streets in between. 258/84; 163/85; 121/86 ©Earl G.
