CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 436/96 Local Service District of Summerville - Princeton - Southern Bay under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. District continued 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal District continued 1. The area comprising the communities of Summerville, Princeton and Southern Bay is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Summerville - Princeton - Southern Bay . The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities commonly known as Summerville, Princeton and Southern Bay. 119/86 Back to Top Repeal 3.
