The boundaries of the Town of St. Alban's are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 803/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point at highwater mark at Clarke Head on the western shoreline of Bay d'Espoir and then running south 80° west a distance of 3,225 metres, more or less; Then running north 17° 30' west a distance of 2,800 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern bank of Southwest Brook; Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the northern bank to the junction point of Southwest Brook and Northwest Brook; Then running north a distance of 1,975 metres, more or less; Then running east a distance of 3,650 metres, more or less, to a point at highwater mark in Lee Cove; Then running along the sinuosities of the western shoreline of Bay d'Espoir in a generally southwesterly, southerly and easterly direction via Swangers Cove to Snook's Point; Then running along the sinuosities of the shoreline in a generally southerly direction to Cluett Head; Then running along the sinuosities of the northern and western shorelines of the harbour of St. Alban 's to the point of beginning at Clarke Head.
