CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 439/96 Town of St. Anthony Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of St. Anthony are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 804/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point in the centre of the mouth of Northwest Brook flowing from Frenchman's Pond into St. Anthony Bight; Then running north 35° west 4,825 metres; Then south 55° west 3,225 metres; Then south 4,825 metres; Then south 51° east 3,375 metres, more or less, to the mouth of a small brook flowing into the westernmost angle of Cremaillere Harbour; Then along the shore of Cremaillere Harbour at highwater mark in general easterly and southerly directions to Savage Point; Then continuing along the shore at highwater mark in a general northeasterly direction to Moores Point at the southern side of the entrance to St. Anthony Harbour ; Then running in a northerly direction in a straight line to Partridge Point; Then following along the western shore of St. Anthony Bight at highwater mark in a general northerly direction to the point of beginning.
