CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 440/96 Town of St. Bernard 's - Jacques Fontaine Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of St. Bernard 's - Jacques Fontaine are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulations 189/93 and 31/94 are repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point on the highwater mark of Bay L'Argent Black Cove, grid reference 581666; Then south 50° 30' east 915 metres, more or less, to a high point, that point being a horizontal control point, spot elevation 339 metres at Hare Hills; Then south 59° 30' east 4,150 metres, more or less, to the summit of a hill locally known as Bunker's Hill; Then south 67° 30' west 1,150 metres, more or less, to the summit of a hill locally known as Flaherty's Hill; Then north 80° 00' west 4,250 metres, more or less, to a high point locally known as Breakheart Mountain; Then south 67° 30' west 2,550 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then north 79° 30' west 975 metres, more or less, to the highwater mark on the westernmost extremity of Deepwater Point; Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline passing Red Head, Fox Cove, Jack Fountain Cove to the point of beginning.
