CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 446/96 Town of Salmon Cove Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Salmon Cove are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 811/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at the most eastern point in Salmon Cove Head and running south 64° west 3,150 metres, more or less; Then running north 425 metres, more or less, to the eastern end of Forest Pond; Then running in a generally westerly direction along the northern shoreline of Forest Pond to land owned by Persalvic Regional High School ; Then following the eastern boundary of land owned by the Persalvic High School to the highway to Salmon Cove; Then running northward 450 metres, more or less, to the centre line of the abandoned railroad right-of-way; Then following the centre line of the railway to a point 525 metres, more or less, from Crown Lands Surveys monument No. 7-62; Then running north 84° east to monument No. 7-62 and continuing north 84° east 965 metres, more or less, to Crown Lands Surveys monument No. 8-62 and continuing north 84° east 295 metres, more or less, to the northeastern coastline of Salmon Cove; Then following the Salmon Cove coastline at highwater mark to Salmon Cove Head at the point of beginning.
