CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 451/96 Town of South Brook Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of South Brook are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 815/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point in the western bank of South Brook at the outlet of South Pond and then running along the western bank of South Pond in a generally southwesterly direction to a point in the western bank of South Brook at the inlet of South Pond; Then crossing the mouth of the inlet to a point in the eastern bank of South Brook; Then running along the eastern bank of South Pond in a generally northeasterly direction to a point at the mouth of Pelley's Brook; Then running north 18° east 6,550 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline of Wigwam Cove; Then running along the sinuosities of the south shoreline of Halls Bay via White Point, Spring Cove, South Brook, Green Point and Wolf Cove to a point at the eastern extremity of Wolf Head; Then running along the south shoreline of Halls Bay to a point in the shoreline located 750 metres, more or less, southwest of Wolf Head; Then running south 25° east 3,200 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
