CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 455/96 Town of Springdale Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Springdale Order . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Springdale are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 819/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point on the northerly shore of Halls Bay at highwater mark where the western bank of Critches Brook joins the shore; Then running along the western bank of Critches Brook in a general northerly direction for a distance of 1,600 metres; Then turning and running on a true bearing of south 81° 30' west for a distance of 7,650 metres to a point where the western bank of Davis Brook joins the southern bank of Kitchener Brook; Then on a true bearing of south 50° west 1,600 metres to a point on the northern bank of Indian River 800 metres westerly of Indian Falls; Then running along the northern bank of Indian River in a general southeasterly direction and along the shoreline of Halls Bay to Snows Point; Then continuing along the shoreline of Springdale and Halls Bay in a general northeasterly direction to the point of beginning. 819/78 ©Earl G.
