CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 457/96 Town of Stephenville Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. The boundaries of the Town of Stephenville are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulations 820/78 and 138/87 are repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at the mouth of Gadon's Brook and following that brook to a power transmission line and then along that line to the northeastern end of Island Pond; Then running north 1,800 metres, more or less; Then running east 3,950 metres, more or less; Then running south 54° east 6,600 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill northeast of Gull Pond; Then running south 21° west 2,380 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill south of Gull Pond; Then running south 45° west 3,800 metres, more or less, to Indian Head; Then following the coastline of St. George's Bay to the mouth of Gadon's Brook, the place of beginning.
