CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 457/96 Town of Stephenville Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Stephenville Order . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Stephenville are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulations 820/78 and 138/87 are repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at the mouth of Gadon's Brook and following that brook to a power transmission line and then along that line to the northeastern end of Island Pond; Then running north 1,800 metres, more or less; Then running east 3,950 metres, more or less; Then running south 54° east 6,600 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill northeast of Gull Pond; Then running south 21° west 2,380 metres, more or less, to the top of a hill south of Gull Pond; Then running south 45° west 3,800 metres, more or less, to Indian Head; Then following the coastline of St. George's Bay to the mouth of Gadon's Brook, the place of beginning.
