CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 472/96 Town of Terrenceville Order under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Terrenceville Order . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Terrenceville are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 841/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point at the mouth of an unnamed stream which intersects the south shoreline of the northeast arm of Fortune Bay at Ryle Barrisway and then running south 60° east a distance of 2,750 metres, more or less; Then running north 60° east a distance of 6,100 metres, more or less; Then running north 20° west a distance of 2,750 metres, more or less, to a point on the southern bank of Terrenceville Brook; Then running in a generally southwest direction along the south bank of Terrenceville Brook to a point on the east bank of the sand bar to the northeast of Terrenceville; Then following the sinuosities of the shorelines around the east and west shorelines of the sand bar and continuing in a generally southwesterly direction via Terrenceville to the point of beginning.
