ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of West St. Modeste Order . CNR 483/96 s1 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of West St. Modeste are as set out in the Schedule. CNR 483/96 s2 ; 1996 c25 Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulations 863/78 and 12/79 are repealed. CNR 483/96 s3 Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being the highwater mark at Cape Diable ; Then north 78° west a distance of 2,584 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then north 20° east a distance of 3,040 metres, more or less, to a point on the south bank of an unnamed river which flows to the east into Pinware Bay; Then following the sinuosities of the south shore of the river in a northeasterly direction to a point at the mouth of the river, that point being the highwater mark on the shoreline of Pinware Bay ; Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline in a general southerly direction running along the Tickle, West St. Modeste and including St. Modeste Island to its point of commencement.
