CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 489/96 Local Service District of West Bay under the Municipalities Act (O.C. 96-170) Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. District continued 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal District continued 1. The area comprising the communities of West Bay and West Bay Centre is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of West Bay . Back to Top Boundaries 2. The boundaries for the local service district shall comprise the area which includes all householders residing upon the Port au Port Peninsula along Route 463 between the southernmost boundary of Lourdes and Rioux' Brook and all streets and roads between. 99/85; 149/85 Back to Top Repeal 3.
