The boundaries of the Town of Whitbourne are as set out in the Schedule. Back to Top Repeal 3. Newfoundland Regulation 859/78 is repealed. Back to Top Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being where the CN rail line crosses the 30 metre eastern reservation of the Argentia Highway ; Then running in a generally northerly direction along the reservation to the 45 metre southern reservation of the Trans Canada Highway ; Then running in a generally easterly direction along the 45 metre southern reservation to a point, that point being a distance of 1,600 metres, more or less, east of the East Access Road to Whitbourne; Then running south 2° east a distance of 5,375 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern shoreline of Hoopers Pond; Then running south 88° west a distance of 2,700 metres, more or less, to a point on the 15 metre eastern reservation of the Colinet Highway; Then running in a generally northerly direction along the eastern reservation of the highway a distance of 375 metres, more or less; Then south 88° west a distance of 3,450 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
