CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 511/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Beverly Lake Water Supply Area for Labrador City , as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 420720, 210° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 262° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 233° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,725 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 214° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 237° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 121° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 74° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 135° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 49° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,375 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 3° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 43° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 3° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres to the point of commencement.
