CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 513/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Black Duck Pond Protected Water Supply Area for the Community of Seal Cove, Fortune Bay as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 573000 metres east, 5266000 metres north, 140° 30' for a distance of 925 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 131° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 207° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 200° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 175° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 231° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 260° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 15° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 56° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 319° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 41° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 17° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 70° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the point of commencement.
