CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 574/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Feeder Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of McIvers as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 420000 5435000 65° 00' for a distance of 750 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 301° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 3° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 138° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 35° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 357° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 46° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 77° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 160° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 96° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 182° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 146° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 249° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 210° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 244° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 222° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 274° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres to the point of commencement.
