CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 629/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Long Lake Water Supply Area for the Town of Burnt Islands as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 357000 5274000 44° 30' for a distance of 700 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 327° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 53° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 8° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 59° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 177° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 153° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 248° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 236° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 253° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 282° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres to the point of commencement.
