CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 630/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Long Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Bonavista as a protected water supply area.
