CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 635/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Long Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Joe Batt's Arm - Barr'd Island - Shoal Bay as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21 710000 metres east, 5514000 metres north 255° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,825 to the commencement point. Then from the above point by a line drawn 175° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 263° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 157° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 212° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 262° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 280° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,275 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 322° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 287° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 356° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 303° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 76° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 48° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 94° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 375 metres to the point of commencement.
