CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 650/96 Notice of Protected Watershed Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Middle Brook Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 703000 metres east, 5359000 metres north, 122° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,000 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 10° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,380 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 94° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,865 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 134° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,851 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,924 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 208° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,715 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,812 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 134° 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 1,143 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 256° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,915 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 238° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,207 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 355° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,115 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 90° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,816 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 36° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,819 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 69° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,609 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 38° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,025 metres to the point of commencement.
