CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 656/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Muddy Hole Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Northern Arm as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 617000 metres east, 5451000 metres north, 141° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres to the point of commencement; Then from the above point by a line drawn 141° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 193° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 226° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 181° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 277° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 358° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 59° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 17° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 68° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the point of commencement.
