CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 676/96 Notice of Protected Watershed Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Purcell's Harbour Watershed Area as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 662600 metres east, 5498800 metres north, 99° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,464 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 42° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,046 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 104° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,271 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 821 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 168° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,124 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 271° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,963 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,593 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 319° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 837 metres to the point of commencement.
