CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 683/96 Notice of Protected Watershed Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Rocky Pond Watershed Area for the Community of Spaniards Bay as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 320000 metres east, 5274000 metres north, 72° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 79° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,899 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 27° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,851 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 81° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,658 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 122° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 740 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 215° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,297 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 245° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,446 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 353° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,720 metres to the point of commencement.
