CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 684/96 Notice of Protected Watershed Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Rocky Pond Watershed Area for the Community of Victoria as a protected watershed area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 22, 333000 metres east, 5298000 metres north, 282° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 162° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,336 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 216° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 740 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 119° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,738 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 220° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 966 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 231° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,336 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 306° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,740 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,660 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 289° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 885 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 305° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 33° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 63° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,110 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 11° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,080 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 83° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 124° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,207 metres to the point of commencement.
