CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 693/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act (O.C. 96-153) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Sandy Cove Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Tilting as a protected water supply area. NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 710000 metres east, 5505000 metres north, 41° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn 282° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 258° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 291° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 347° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,550 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 20° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 97° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 14° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 82° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 175 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 32° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 105° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 167° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 113° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 156° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 201° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 127° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 184° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 240° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 150° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 325 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn 206° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres to the point of commencement.
