CNLR 861/96 - Hawke's Bay Municipal Planning Area under the Urban and Rural Planning Act

CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 861/96 Hawke's Bay Municipal Planning Area under the Urban and Rural Planning Act (O.C. 96-173) Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the Hawke's Bay Municipal Planning Area. PLANNING AREA Beginning at a point, that point being the innermost penetration of the sea at Keppel Harbour ; Then following the common boundary between Hawke's Bay and Port Saunders north 46° east 5,350 metres, more or less, to the southernmost extremity of Gilmores Pond; Then following the shoreline on the southeastern side of that pond in a northerly direction to the mouth of an unnamed river which flows into that pond; Then south 78° east 5,200 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern bank of East River; Then south 7° west 8,400 metres, more or less, to the mouth of a river which flows into Nells Pond; Then north 81° 30' west 2,950 metres, more or less, to where Bowater's woods road intersects with former Highway 73; Then north 88° west 2,900 metres, more or less, to the southern extremity of an unnamed pond; Then north 61° 30' west 700 metres, more or less, to the southern extremity of an unnamed pond which flows into Hawke's Bay; Then following the sinuosities of that pond on the west side to the most northern extremity of that pond; Then north 16° 30' west 1,250 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being at the mouth of a stream which flows into Hawke's Bay; Then following the shoreline of Hawke's Bay in a generally easterly, northerly and westerly direction, passing through Hawke's Bay, Lossieux Point, Keppel Point, to the point of beginning.
