CONSOLIDATED NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 1030/96 L'Anse aux Meadows Public Works Development Area Order under the Works, Services and Transportation Act (O.C. 96-192) Under the authority of section 36 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act , the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Area defined 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the L'Anse aux Meadows Public Works Development Area Order . 40/82 s1 Back to Top Area defined 2. The area described in the Schedule is declared to be a public works development area to be known as the L'Anse aux Meadows Public Works Development Area. 40/82 s2 Back to Top Repeal 3. The L'Anse Aux Meadows Public Works Development Area Order, 1982, Newfoundland Regulation 40/82, is repealed. Back to Top Schedule All that piece or parcel of land situate and being at Beak Point and being north of a line beginning at a point in the western shoreline of Medee Bay and running on a bearing of south 47° 59' west to the eastern shoreline of Epaves Bay, that point of beginning having reference from a point in the boundary of the survey in Medee Bay of the above described area, that point having co-ordinates of north latitude 18,760,937'.45 and east longitude 1,106,026'.19; Then running north 47° 30' west 228.6 metres; Then south 47° 59' west to the principal point of beginning. 40/82 Sch ©Earl G.
