NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 28/96 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area under the Environment Act Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Port au Port West Water Supply Area for the Community of Port au Port West as a protected water supply area. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 297° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 2° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 65° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 97° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres Then from the above point by a line drawn at 194° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres.
