These regulations may be cited as the Commercial Leasing Designation Regulations . 92/97 s1 Back to Top Portion of park designated 2. That portion of the Frenchmans Cove Provincial Park described in the Schedule is designated as a part of a provincial park which may be leased for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a nine hole golf course under those terms and conditions that the minister may prescribe. 92/97 s2 Back to Top Schedule All that piece or parcel of land situate and being within the boundaries of Frenchmans Cove Provincial Park, in the Electoral District of Grand Bank, in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say, by a line beginning at a point being the northeast corner of the Anglican Cemetery; Then running by the boundaries of the Anglican Cemetery, above, south 47° 41 west 48.31 metres and then south 34° 22 east 32.13 metres and then north 60° 22 east 44.04 metres to the southeast corner of the cemetery; Then running along the western limit of an abandoned road in a general southerly direction 155.45 metres, more or less, to a point being 3.0 metres, more or less, at 90° northwest of the centre line, of a campground road; Then parallelling the northwest shoulder of that road and being 3 metres, more or less, from the centre line, in general southwesterly and southerly directions for a distance of 160 metres, more or less; Then in a general southerly direction 45 metres, more or less, to a point being 25 metres, more or less, at 90° southwest from the centre line of a road; Then parallelling that road in a general southeasterly direction 150 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of an abandoned road; Then following the centre line of an abandoned road in a general southerly direction 77 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline of Great Garnish Barasway; Then following the sinuosities of Great Garnish Barasway and Barasway River in general westerly, northerly, and easterly directions for a distance of 2,350 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline of Barasway River; Then running south 43° 26 east 14.02 metres and then south 14° 45 east 13.72 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning and containing an area of 23 hectares, more or less.
