Clarenville All that area bounded by a line commencing at the Random Island Causeway in Trinity Bay; Then southwest 200° to a point approximately 800 metres offshore from Man Point; Then south 164° to Bluff Point; Then following the shoreline and including a distance of 100 metres inland from the highwater mark, to the point of commencement. Sops Arm Provincial Park (Former) All that piece or parcel of land formerly being Sops Arm Provincial Park and being an island containing an area of 9.7 hectares situate at the mouth of Main Brook, Sops Arm in the province and being part of land described in Crown Grant No. 19468 registered in Volume 98, Folio 13 in the Registry of Crown Grants, in the name of H. J. Crowe, excepting nevertheless out of that piece or parcel of land a right-of-way, 30.5 metres wide, for the highway leading to Sops Arm. Square Pond Provincial Park (Formerly) All that piece or parcel of land formerly being Square Pond Provincial Park situate and being in the province, abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say: Beginning at the point of intersection of the southwesterly limit of the Trans Canada Highway, 30.5 metres wide, extending between Gambo and Gander and the southeasterly bank of Middle Brook flowing out of Square Pond; Then running along the southwesterly limit of the highway south 39° 30 east 1,238.1 metres; Then turning and running south 50° 35 west 544.1 metres to a point on the northeasterly shore of Square Pond; Then running along that shore of the pond and along the southeasterly bank of Middle Brook in a general northwesterly direction for a distance of 2,518.3 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning and containing an area of 38.6 hectares.
