For the purpose of the enumeration of prospective jurors' lists compiled under section 11 of the Jury Act, 1991 , the sheriff may use one or more of the following alternative sources; (a) motor registration division – licensed drivers, management information system database; (b) a membership list of an association francophone; (c) the telephone directory; or (d) another source considered appropriate for the purpose by the sheriff. ©Earl G.
