APPLICATION OF NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATIONS ACT, 2010

Application of Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 1. (1) The following provisions of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 apply in respect of CPA Ontario, subject to the modifications set out in subsection (2) and such other modifications as may be necessary: 1. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), (a) any reference to a “director” shall be read as a reference to an elected member or appointed individual of the council of CPA Ontario; (b) any reference to an “officer” shall be read as a reference to an officer of CPA Ontario; and (c) any reference to a “member” shall be read as a reference to a member of CPA Ontario. 2.
