DEEMING ORDER (CENTRAL ALMAGUIN PLANNING BOARD)

Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 501/96 1. (1) Ontario Regulation 501/96, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the Central Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 103/11, s. 1 (1). (2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-01 of the Central Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 103/11, s. 1 (2). Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 516/98 2. (1) Ontario Regulation 516/98, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the Central Almaguin Planning Board.
