Prescribed entities, subs. 8 (3) of the Act 1. The following entities are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 3 of subsection 8 (3) of the Act: 1. Any entity, other than a governing body mentioned in paragraph 7, that serves the interests of or provides services to First Nation, Inuit, Métis or other Indigenous peoples. 9. A Local Services Board established under Part I of the Northern Services Boards Act. 10. An entity described in any of paragraphs 1 to 9, together with another one or more of those entities. 11.
