Application 1. This Regulation applies with respect to every public body that is listed in Column 1 of Table 1. O. Reg. 147/10, s. 1. Ethics executive 2. (1) For a public body listed in Column 1 of Table 1, the individual who holds the position listed in Column 2 of the Table is prescribed under subsection 71 (1.1) of the Act as the ethics executive for public servants, other than government appointees, who work in the public body.
